She has considerable experience in setting up Change Management Offices and in designing and executing change management strategies for a diverse range of organisational change initiatives, including ICT implementations (including SAP, CRM and HRIS), operating model redesigns, regulatory changes, organisational redesigns and strategy formulation / execution.
